Refund policy

At Lift Laser Co., every product we create is custom-designed, individually engraved, and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than an error on our part.

Custom & Personalized Products

All items are produced based on the design, text, and specifications approved by the customer prior to production. Once an order has been submitted and work has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.

Order Accuracy

We take great pride in the precision and quality of our engraving and sign-cutting processes. Before production, customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Spelling, names, and dates
  • Design layout and artwork
  • Selected product colors, sizes, and styles

Lift Laser Co. is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect caused by Lift Laser Co., please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or defective product
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable
  • If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost.

Shipping Issues

Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping protection or insurance is recommended when available.
